Mitchell's Wool Fat Barber Soap was first produced in the 1930s by the English chemist Fred Mitchell who found that lanolin in sheep's wool was the primary reason why the local sheep shepherds and people working on sorting the sheep's wool always had nice soft hands.
Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap is made from an old recipe dating back to 1893 and is an absolutely superb shaving soap. The soap contains naturally derived lanolin from sheep wool and is therefore very nurturing. For the same reason, it is really good for sensitive skin.
