SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Proshave, you are always guaranteed cheap shipping and fast delivery, so you do not have to wait too long for your goods. In other words, you get the best goods at an attractive price - delivered easily, quickly and cheaply!
It only costs from EUR 8 to get delivered from Proshave. We deliver in all Europe.
Our warehouse packs and ships regularly to our private customers. Of course, we do everything to deliver as fast as possible, and as a customer you can therefore always expect to receive your goods within 2-5 business days.
As a customer, you can choose whether you want your goods delivered at home, at your workplace or to one of Postnord's many post offices.
As soon as the package has been received and scanned at Postnord's distribution center, you will receive an email with a tracking code on the package, so you can track your shipment at Postnord.
Please note that we will only withdraw payment from your card when the package is shipped from our warehouse.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT
You of course have a 14-day right of return on unused products in original and undamaged packaging. If you send one or more items back to us, it is important that you pack the products securely in a strong outer packaging so that they are not damaged during transport.
Remember to enclose the order number and your contact information (these appear on the original order confirmation, so you can simply enclose a printout of it).
We recommend that the package is returned as a package with tracking, as it is your assurance that it arrives and is delivered to us correctly.

Do you want to switch to another product?
If you want to exchange for another product, please note in addition to the order number and contact information which item you want to exchange for (the item number can be found at the bottom of the item card for that item - see example inserted at the bottom of the page).
If there is a difference in your favor, we will return it to your payment card. If the product you want to exchange for is more expensive than the one that is exchanged, we will send you a payment link that you can simply click on and complete the payment of the difference.
Do you want your money back?
If you want your money back there are two options.
We can refund the amount to the payment card used or we can refund the payment to a desired bank account.
Please state what you want. If we are to return to a bank account, it is important that you clearly write the registration number and the account number to be returned to.
