When will I receive my bonus?
Your bonus will be added to your Customer Club account once your order has been shipped from our warehouse and payment has been completed.
You can see your accumulated bonus under “Customer Club” in your account.
Good to know about your bonus*
- Bonus is not earned on discounted products.
- Certain products may be excluded from earning bonus. If so, this will be stated on the product page.
- Your earned bonus is valid for 12 months.
- Bonus is earned and used in the currency in which it was originally earned.
