Mitchell's
Mitchell's Wool Fat Barber Soap was developed by the English chemist Fred Mitchell in 1930 and is based on an old recipe dating back to 1893.
Fred Mitchell discovered that the natural lanolin content in wool-fat softened the hands of local sheep-shearers and workers in wool-sorting plants . He found that it would also benefit sensitive and delicate skin. This is why, in Mitchell's products, the most important ingredient is lanolin from high quality wool-fat.
Worldwide, the exquisite products have been in great demand, and, subsequently, Mitchell's has expanded its product assortment to include bath soap and body lotion. Traditional shaving soaps continue to be extremely popular for sensitive skin.
None of the products have been tested on animals.
