A self tan stains the top skin cells, and as these skin cells are continually replaced, a self tan will typically last about a week.

The first step to a beautiful golden skin is to choose a self tan that suits your natural skin tone. Do not choose a completely dark version if you are light in the skin. Many manufacturers divide their selection into Light, Medium and Dark, so you have plenty of opportunity to choose the product that works best for you. Self tanning is also available in various consistencies - We have both oil, mousse, lotion, cream and spray in the range.

Remember to apply a body scrub the day before you apply your self tan to get a nice, even color. A moisturized skin is best accepted for new products, so you should use a moisturizing lotion on your face and body just before applying your self tan. Always remember to finish washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
