Mario Lorenzin 1975

Mario Lorenzin started as a barber apprentice at the age of 11, and two years later he was trained as a hairdresser in Treviso, Italy. Mario Lorenzin began to lose his hair very early on, and that made him skeptical of modern, synthetic hair care products.

Like many other barbers, he had heard rumors claiming that a traditional formula based on the local radicchio plant would keep hair healthy and well-groomed. Therefore, Lorenzin spent 7 years finding the recipe, reading ancient books, and visiting laboratories. Fortunately, his work came to fruition  when he ended up with a radicchio-based hair regimen that  demonstrated really good results for the hair and scalp. The Radicchio plant is recognized for strengthening and nurturing the hair, increasing hair growth, and minimizing and preventing irritation and itching on the scalp.

Later on, he developed a number of other hair care products for both women and men including shampoo, wax, and hair oil as well as a body wash for the entire body. In 2014, his assortment was expanded with a series of beard care made from radicchio salad and all-natural oils.
