Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap was first produced in the 1930s by the English chemist Fred Mitchell.

Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap was originally made according to an old recipe dating back to 1893. Very recently, however, Mitchell has changed the recipe slightly. The new formula is based on sodium palmate (palm oil) - and no longer sodium tallowate, as it once was. The content of lanolin remains the same.

With the shaving soap, you achieve a delicious, creamy shaving foam when the soap is lathered up with your shaving brush.
