Escentric 04 Scents

The acclaimed perfumer Geza Schoen is behind all the scents of Escentric Molecules. He also created Escentric 04 that was launched in 2017.

Escentric 04 is built around the pure essence of a single aroma molecule. The molecule is called Javanol and is a sandalwood molecule with a futuristic freshness. According to Schoen, Javanol smells of metallic grapefruit peel and velvety, cream colored roses. Javanol has a radiance and durability like natural sandalwood, but it is created in a laboratory.

The result is a fresh interpretation of a sandalwood scent. In addition to Javanol, Escentric 04 has ingredients that support the scent. They include: crisp, bitter top notes of pink grapefruit peel, lime, juniper, and rose pepper. It also contains marijuana that highlights the gentler grapefruit qualities. The heart notes consist of iris root (orris) with a 'fresh, gentle rose' that Schoen has composed of four different rose materials. The base notes are balsamic and woody with Javanol in combination with the slightly sweeter sandalwood molecule, Polysantol.
