Proraso Preshave

Use a Proraso pre-shave cream for the perfect wet shave. It protects your skin and softens the stubble so that the skin and beard are ready for your shave.

Start by applying the preshave to your face and allow it to penetrate your beard while you find your shaving gear or make your shaving foam from your favorite shaving cream or Shaving Soap. The pre-shave puts a protective membrane on the skin so that it is prepared for the scraper. It lifts stubble off your face so your scraper doesn't cut into the skin itself but only grabs the stubble. By providing an easy glide across the skin, the pre-shave reduces the risk of irritation and barber's itch, giving you a closer and much more comfortable shave.

After massaging your pre-shave into the stubble, you should simply apply your shaving cream and shave as usual.

If you have sensitive skin, it is extra important to use a Pre-shave as it protects your skin optimally during shaving. Here we recommend the white version of the Proraso series as it is specially made for sensitive skin with a tendency to irritation.
