General Terms and Conditions

1. Buy at Proshave

A binding purchase agreement has not been entered into with Proshave until you have received an order confirmation from Proshave. Proshave does not store the order confirmation itself after it has been sent to the customer.

2. Prices

All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland. Reservations are made for: • currency changes • force majeure • delivery failure • tax changes • sold out items and printing errors.

3. Sale in general

The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable ordering price.

4. Delivery

Reservations are made for sold-out items and delayed delivery time at Proshave's wholesalers and suppliers.

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or cancel an order already placed, this should in principle be done by sending an e-mail with the mark "Cancellation". Here, the order time and order number should appear. Have you received an order confirmation per. e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation" inserted in the subject text. Cancellation should be made before kl. 15 the same day as the order is placed. Has the package not been canceled before kl. 15 the same day and if the package has been sent by Proshave, the customer covers the shipping cost.

6. Payment

The possible payment methods are:

• Maestro
• MobilePay

Prepayment is not possible.

7. Right of complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted on products purchased from Proshave in accordance with the rules of the Purchase Act. If there is an additional right of complaint or guarantee, this will appear separately on the invoice. Should the product unexpectedly break during the complaint period, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer's workshop, provided that Proshave bears the risk of the defect in accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Damage to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the right of complaint.

8. Exercise of the right of complaint

Complaints regarding defects and defects must be notified to Proshave within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. The customer is strongly encouraged to make a statement about the product's defects or deficiencies in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may mean an extension of the remedy process due to troubleshooting. Goods that are not covered by the right of complaint and / or received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to Proshave's costs for necessary and proper packaging will be charged. Items returned on COD or sent without postage will be refused receipt by Proshave.

9. Proper return

All products returned to Proshave must be securely wrapped.

Proshave recommends that the item is returned via Post Nord, and that the item is sent as a parcel post with a tracking code.
In this way, it is possible to track the package in Post Nord's system and it thus removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Proshave. In addition, it is possible to request the package if delivery has not taken place.

11. Special provisions for traders

The same conditions of sale apply as for consumers, but with the following modification. • There is no right of withdrawal for traders • There is a 1-year right of complaint from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1-year warranty period. • Interest accrues from the due date at 2% per. commenced month.

In consumer purchases where the order of goods is made by telephone or the Internet, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal runs from the time the product is handed over to the consumer. Should the purchase be canceled within 14 days, we will refund the price of the item.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be delivered to Post Nord or another freight forwarder within 14 days of receipt.

The condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the goods are returned in substantially the same condition as at the transfer. If the item is not returned in substantially the same condition, the item is assessed by Proshave on the basis of a possible sales value.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Lack of ORIGINAL PACKAGING usually results in a deterioration of the sales value, which is why, based on an assessment made by Proshave, you will be credited with a correspondingly smaller amount corresponding to the deterioration. In the worst case, lack of ORIGINAL PACKAGING etc. cause the purchase can not be undone.

The cost of returning the item is borne by the consumer.

Proshave returns the amount within 30 days in accordance with section 12c of the Consumer Contracts Act.

b) How to return the item

There are two ways you can return the item:
1) They may refuse to receive the item from the postal service. In this context, we ask you to inform the postal service that you can return the item to Proshave immediately.
2) They can receive the item from the postal service and subsequently, within the 14 days, return the item to Proshave. In this context, we ask you to enclose a copy of the order for the purchased items, as proof that the returned item (s) were purchased from Proshave.

The amount is returned to the payment card used for the order.
Returns due to cancellation are made at the buyer's own expense.
Proshave recommends that the item is returned via Postnord and that the item is sent as a parcel post with tracking code (!).
In this way, it is possible to track the package in Postnord's system and it thus removes any doubt as to whether the item has arrived and has been handed over to Proshave. In addition, it makes it possible to call for the package if delivery has not taken place.

Items returned on COD or sent without postage will be refused receipt by Proshave.
