Benefits of this product:

- Extra-wide blade sharpened along its full length for total control.
- Micarta handle with steel rivets - stable, moisture-resistant, and ergonomic.
The Bob Kramer Euro Stainless Chef’s Knife (20 cm) is a true all-rounder - crafted to handle everything from chopping herbs to slicing meat and filleting fish with precision and ease. With its professional-grade sharpness, elegant finish, and outstanding balance, this knife is built for both daily use and culinary excellence.
The blade is sharpened along its entire length - a signature feature of the Euro Stainless series - allowing for full utilization of the edge. This gives you total control and flexibility in every motion, whether you're slicing, dicing, or mincing.
At the core of the blade is SG2 powder steel, encased in 100 layers of steel (50 per side) with alternating hardness levels. The special CRYODUR® ice-hardening process at -196 °C raises the blade’s hardness to approximately 63 Rockwell, ensuring exceptional durability, edge retention, and cutting performance.
The handle is made of Micarta, a layered material of canvas and resin that’s water-resistant, dimensionally stable, and built for comfort. Stainless steel rivets and a decorative logo emblem add both stability and style, while the ergonomic shape provides a secure and fatigue-free grip.
Proudly crafted in Seki, Japan - a city renowned for its knife-making heritage - this knife embodies a perfect fusion of tradition, innovation, and artistry.
