1776 is a tallow-based Shaving Soap from Wholly Kaw that combines high shaving performance with a fresh, green, and refined scent profile. The soap is designed for classic wet shaving and creates a dense, creamy, and protective lather that helps the Razor Blade glide comfortably and smoothly across the skin.

The soap is based on Wholly Kaw’s advanced Siero formulation, which combines a rich tallow base with donkey milk, milk proteins, and carefully selected nourishing ingredients. The formulation was developed with a focus on lather quality, protection, and a comfortable feel on the skin both during and after shaving.

Shea butter, kokum butter, and cocoa butter contribute to the rich and nourishing composition, while vegetable glycerin and lanolin support the Soap’s moisturizing and protective properties. The rich lather helps soften stubble and creates a comfortable barrier between the skin and the Razor Blade.

The formula also contains hydrolyzed flaxseed extract, as well as linoleic acid and linolenic acid, which are omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, respectively. Hop extract has been added for its soothing properties. This combination contributes to a comfortable and well-groomed feeling after shaving.

The fragrance of 1776 has a fresh and green character with an exciting combination of citrus, aromatic herbs, and warm base notes. Grapefruit adds a crisp and lively freshness, while artemisia and tarragon give the fragrance a green, herbaceous, and aromatic character.

Osmanthus adds an elegant floral nuance, while benzoin and labdanum provide warmth and balsamic depth. Patchouli, musk, tonka bean, and cedarwood round out the composition with earthy and soft woody notes. The result is a nuanced fragrance where freshness and green notes are balanced by a warm and sophisticated base.

Over time, Shaving Soap may undergo a natural aging process in which a small portion of its water content evaporates. This can cause the Soap to become more compact, firmer, or to pull away slightly from the edge of the container. This is completely normal and does not affect the Soap’s performance. When water is added to the soap during lathering, it rehydrates and continues to deliver the same excellent lather quality, glide, and shaving comfort.

Use as follows
:- Thoroughly wet the shaving brush with warm water and shake off any excess water
.- Work the shaving brush around the surface of the Soap until the brush is well-loaded with Soap.
- Whip the lather in a shaving bowl or directly on your face, adding a little water at a time until the lather becomes dense, creamy, and glossy
.- Apply the Shaving Foam thoroughly to the beard area and shave with light, controlled strokes.
- Rinse your skin thoroughly after shaving.
