The hair tonic contains a menthol-based cleansing complex that stimulates and provides a cool, 'tingling' sensation on the scalp. It increases blood circulation, removes excess oil and refreshes both hair and scalp.

Note: Due to the high menthol content, this product is not recommended for those with sensitive scalps, try Athenian Water from the same brand instead.

Freshman Friction is infused with the historic Freshman fragrance, which was launched in 1815 and is Truefitt & Hill's oldest scent. However, it has been continuously updated to give it a fresh, modern character. It opens with citrus, bergamot, rosemary and orange blossom, followed by a floral heart of jasmine, lily, sage and ylang-ylang, and finishes with wood and musk in the base. A fragrance that balances tradition and modernity to perfection.
