The soap is made using the traditional "hot process" method where the soap mass is boiled and dried for several weeks. This removes excess water and ensures a firm, concentrated and extremely thick shaving cream. A single can can last for more than a year - even with daily use.

The shaving soap foams up with minimal product and provides a rich, creamy and sticky lather that forms a protective layer on the skin. It prepares the stubble and ensures a dense, comfortable and gentle result - without irritation.

Martin de Candre is known for its uncompromising craftsmanship and respect for classic methods. Everything is produced by hand at the historic family-owned domain at Fontevraud-l'Abbaye in France - a place where quality and tradition are still at the center.

Use as follows:
- Moisten the face with warm water.
- Wet the shaving brush and shake off excess water.
- Run the brush lightly over the soap (you only need a little product).
- Lather in a bowl or directly on the face using circular movements.
- Rinse the soap clean after use and let it dry with the lid off.
