The blade has a distinctive curved shape that makes it easy to tilt back and forth on the cutting board - ideal for chopping. The wide design makes it easy to pick up and move ingredients from the cutting board to the pot or pan. The polished and rounded edges increase comfort and protect your fingers while working.
The core of the knife is made of SG2 powder steel encapsulated in 100 layers of steel with varying hardness - a technological masterpiece that ensures exceptional sharpness, flexibility and durability. The CRYODUR® ice hardening at -196°C gives the knife a Rockwell hardness of approximately 63, which means the cutting performance is extremely durable.
The handle is made of Micarta - a stable, non-slip and moisture-repellent material made of layered canvas and synthetic resin. The ergonomic design, combined with stainless steel rivets and an elegant logo, ensures both a secure grip and a refined look.
