Bob Kramer Euro Stainless chef's knife (narrow blade, 20 cm) is made for those who do not compromise on precision, sharpness or aesthetics. The knife is a true all-rounder in the kitchen - perfect for everything from finely chopping herbs and vegetables to precise slicing of meat and fish.
The special narrow blade shape sets this model apart from classic chef's knives and gives you greater control for precision work. It is ground along its entire length and designed to be used to its full potential - whether you are making small cuts or long, smooth movements.
At the heart of the blade is a core of SG2 powder steel, surrounded by 100 layers of steel (50 on each side) with different hardnesses. This structure gives the knife a hardness of approximately 63 Rockwell - which means exceptional cutting performance, long life and optimal flexibility. The special CRYODUR® ice hardening process improves both strength and corrosion resistance.
The knife is produced in Seki, Japan - an area known for its proud craftsmanship and expertise in knife making. The ergonomic handle is made of Micarta - a durable, moisture-repellent material based on layered canvas and resin. It ensures stability, comfort and control - even during extended use.
Stainless steel rivets and an elegant logo emblem complete the aesthetic look. Each knife is also unique thanks to the beautiful damask pattern created by the special surface treatment.
