There are many years of hard work behind developing this patented straight razor with interchangeable blades.

The special thing about the Straight razor (shavette) is that it has a cavity where you insert the blade before you insert the blade. This means that DE blades that have curved edges can be easily inserted and used. The cavity also allows you to insert the blade very easily, which minimizes the risk of cutting your fingers. In fact, the shavet's blade holder is magnetic, so the blade 'snaps' easily and holds in place during shaving.

The Straight Razor has a balanced weight that gives you a perfect shaving experience. Contour lines allow for a stable and comfortable grip at all angles.

You can actually use both a half blade, a cracked DE-Barber blade as well as the larger razor blades intended for a shavette from eg Dovo or Feather. Even without the use of adapters or extra inserts.

Regardless of which razor blade you use, it will have a uniform blade exposure so you can shave with precision.

This shavette handle has a nice, matte black color and texture which gives you a really good grip. Known as Gun Metal, the Shavetten blade holder is darker than the original, chrome-plated version.
