What is a Beard Wash?
A Beard Wash removes dirt, dust and food residue that a beard typically "collects" over the course of 24 hours. Your beard requires at least as much attention as your hair, but don't use a regular hair shampoo on your beard!
And why not, you might ask? A Beard Wash is made specifically to wash, cleanse and condition the beard, taking into account the delicate skin on the face. It therefore moisturizes and nourishes the skin instead of drying it out, as many hair shampoos will do.
How to use a Beard Wash
A Beard Wash is quite simple to use. It's a good idea to keep your Beard Wash in the shower so you can quickly and easily wash your beard while the water is on.
A Beard Wash is applied to a wet beard. Use a small amount, lather into the beard and massage into the stubble. Finally, rinse your face in warm water and dry your beard with a towel.
For optimal results, finish by applying a Beard Oil or Beard Balm.
