The Grafton range was launched in 1983 at the request of an officer from HMS Grafton who was a regular customer of Truefitt's barber chair. He requested a unique and unrecognizable scent that would also carry the name of the proud line of HMS battleships. The result was a refined, masculine and timeless fragrance that remains a favorite among gentlemen to this day.
The fragrance opens with fresh top notes of lavender, lemon and basil that immediately awaken the senses. At the heart are warm and elegant notes of wood, cedar, incense and rose, while the base is deep and sensual with patchouli, sandalwood, tonka, amber and musk.
