Designed for the Masamune razor from Tatara Razors, this top plate is perfect for those who want a comfortable and controlled shave. With a negative blade exposure of -0.13 mm, this plate is particularly suitable for sensitive skin or for those who prefer a less aggressive Shaver.

The top plate is CNC-milled with high precision and made of AISI 303 stainless steel with a beautiful matte finish that is both durable and aesthetically elegant. It matches perfectly with the Masamune handle and base plate, but can also be combined with other Tatara components to create your own personal Shaver.

The Masamune top plate differs from the Nodachi version by its lower blade exposure, which provides a more forgiving and gentle shave without compromising the result.
