If you're used to using a multi-blade razor from e.g. Gillette, using a classic DE razor takes some getting used to. But in return, you get a shave that's closer, gentler and far more economical - not least because replaceable DE blades cost a fraction of modern cartridge blades.

This Shaver fits all classic double edge razors and is ideal both as a first DE razor and for the discerning wet shaving enthusiast.

Use as follows:
- Moisten the beard with warm water to soften the hairs.
- Use one of Mühle's shaving soaps or foams.
- Lather well with a shaving brush - the longer you lather, the softer the hairs will be.
- Check that the razor head and handle are correctly positioned - tighten gently.
- Hold the razor at about a 30° angle to the skin.
- Start on the cheeks and let the razor glide with a light hand and without pressure.
- Always shave in the direction of the hair.
- On the neck: Stretch the skin with your free hand for a closer shave.
