The razor is classified as mild, making it ideal for most users. For a more aggressive shave for stronger beard growth, there is also a Medium version, which requires a little more attention during use.

Henson AL13 is made from aerospace-grade aluminum and is produced at a facility in Ontario, Canada, where they also make components for satellites. The blade in the razor is positioned with extreme precision and minimal exposure.
