Bob Kramer Euro Stainless chef's knife (20 cm) is a true kitchen all-rounder - made for those who want one knife that does it all. With its impressive sharpness, elegant finish and superior balance, it's suitable for everything from chopping herbs and slicing vegetables to carving both fish and meat.
The blade is ground all the way from heel to tip - a signature feature of the Euro Stainless range - which means the entire blade can be used efficiently. This provides maximum control and flexibility in the kitchen, whatever the task.
The core of the blade consists of SG2 powder steel and is encased in 100 layers of steel (50 on each side) with varying hardness. Through a special CRYODUR® treatment, which includes ice hardening at -196°C, the blade achieves a hardness of approximately 63 Rockwell. This ensures extreme durability, high flexibility and excellent cutting performance that lasts for a long time.
The knife's elegant look is completed by the ergonomic Micarta handle - a durable material made of layered canvas and resin. It is both moisture resistant and stable, making it ideal for everyday use. Stainless steel rivets and a decorative logo emblem give the knife an exclusive look.
Made in the Japanese city of Seki, known for its proud tradition of knife craftsmanship, this knife is a piece of functional art - made to last and impress.
