1. General Terms and Conditions
Buy from Proshave
A binding purchase agreement with Proshave is not concluded until you have received an order confirmation from Proshave. Proshave does not store the order confirmation itself after it has been sent to the customer.
Pricing
All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner unless otherwise stated. Prices are only valid within Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Reservations are made for: - currency changes - force majeure - delivery failure - tax changes - sold out items and printing errors.
Sales in general
The price quoted at the time of ordering is the applicable order price.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or cancel an order that has already been placed, this should generally be done by sending an e-mail marked "Cancellation". This should state the order time and order number. If you have received an order confirmation by e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation" inserted in the subject line. Cancellation should be made before 3 pm on the day the order was placed. If the package has not been canceled before 3 pm the same day and the package has been shipped by Proshave, the customer covers the shipping costs.

Right of complaint
Products purchased from Proshave are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If there is an additional warranty or guarantee, this will be stated separately on the invoice. Should the product break during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer's workshop, provided that Proshave bears the risk of the defect according to the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the warranty.
Use of the right of complaint
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Proshave within a reasonable time after receipt of the product. The customer is strongly encouraged to make a statement about the product's error or defect in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may mean an extension of the remediation process due to troubleshooting. Goods not covered by the right of complaint and/or received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to Proshave's expenses for necessary and proper packaging will be charged. Goods returned on demand or sent without postage will not be accepted by Proshave.
Responsible returns
All products returned to Proshave must be securely packaged. Proshave recommends that the item is returned via PostNord or GLS, and that the item is sent as parcel post with a tracking code. In this way, it is possible to track the package and it removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Proshave. Furthermore, it is possible to track the package if delivery has not taken place.
PLEASE NOTE - IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AND RETURN USED SHAVING EQUIPMENT AND/OR PRODUCTS.

Special provisions for traders
The same terms of sale apply as for consumers, with the following modification. - There is no right of withdrawal for traders - There is a 1-year warranty period from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1-year warranty period - Proshave reserves the right of ownership of goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid - All costs associated with enforcing the retention of title are the responsibility of the buyer. - Interest will accrue from the due date at 2% per month or part thereof.
The 14-day right of withdrawal
In consumer purchases where goods are ordered by telephone or via the Internet, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal runs from the time the goods are handed over to the consumer. Should the purchase be canceled within 14 days, we will refund the price of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be handed over to PostNord, GLS or other carrier within 14 days of receipt. The condition for using the right of withdrawal is that the item is returned in substantially the same condition as when it was handed over. If the item is not returned in substantially the same condition, the item is estimated by Proshave based on a possible sales value.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Missing ORIGINAL PACKAGING usually leads to a deterioration of the sales value, which is why, based on an assessment made by Proshave, you will be credited a corresponding smaller amount corresponding to the deterioration. In the worst case, missing ORIGINAL PACKAGING etc. may mean that the purchase cannot be canceled.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer. Proshave will return the amount within 30 days in accordance with section 12c of the Consumer Contracts Act.
How to return the item
There are two ways you can return the item:
1) You can refuse to receive the goods from the postal service. In this context, we ask you to inform the postal service that you can immediately return the goods to Proshave.
2) You can receive the item from the postal service and subsequently return the item to Proshave within 14 days. In this context, we ask you to enclose a copy of the order for the purchased goods as documentation that the returned goods were purchased from Proshave.

The amount will be returned to the payment card used for the order. Returns as a result of withdrawal are at the buyer's own expense. Proshave recommends that the item is returned via Postnord and that the item is sent as a parcel post with tracking code (!). This makes it possible to track the package in Postnord's system and thus removes any doubt as to whether the item has arrived and has been delivered to Proshave. Furthermore, it provides the opportunity to search for the package if delivery has not taken place. Items returned on cash on delivery or sent without postage are refused by Proshave.
Uncollected packages
If you fail to pick up a package or refuse to accept it upon delivery, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs and an administration fee from any refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. The right of withdrawal is only considered validly exercised if we receive a clear notice of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you want the package to be resent, you must pay any new delivery costs.

Product reviews
It is now possible to write product reviews of the products you have purchased on Proshave. We want the product reviews to make it possible for Proshave users to exchange experiences and for the product reviews to be an aid in selecting products based on other users' experiences of a product. We reserve the right to delete product reviews that are not written in an objective tone, in excessively picturesque language or in cases where the authenticity of a review is questioned (unverified buyer).

At Proshave we collect information about all our online visitors. We do this in order to customize and improve our content and thereby give you the best possible user experience. As a Proshave customer, you are covered by the EU General Data Protection Regulation, which aims to protect you and the data collected about you and your online behavior. Below you can read what information we collect and how we process it.
Safety and security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law. We can also assure you that your information will not be used by or sold to an outside third party. Credit card information is sent encrypted to PBS using an SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). You can check if you are sending from a secure website by looking for a padlock in the address bar of your browser.
Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to provide the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. The right of access
You can contact customer service at any time to find out what personal data we hold about you. Furthermore, you have the right to have this data corrected if it is incorrect or incomplete.
The right to be forgotten
You can always contact customer service and exercise your right to have any personal data we have on you deleted, except in the following situations:- If you have made a purchase on our webshop, we will retain your information according to the bookkeeping rules.- If you have an unfinished order on our webshop.- If you have an unfinished case with customer service, such as a return order or complaint.

You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of your data at any time.
