From order to delivery:

As soon as the package has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking code on the package.

As soon as the package arrives at the sorting center at UPS (this typically happens during the evening/night), it will be arrival scanned and you will then be able to follow its path to you.

Please note that we will of course only charge your card when the package is shipped from our warehouse.
