Returns & Exchanges
Of course, you have a 14-day return policy on unused products in original and undamaged packaging.
If you send one or more products back to us, it is important that you pack the products securely in strong outer packaging so that they are not damaged during transportation.
Remember to attach order number and your contact details (these will appear on the original order confirmation, so you can simply attach a printout of it).
Please note: It is not possible to exchange or return used shaving equipment and/or products.
Important!
The package must be shipped to be delivered to the business address below during normal business hours.
We accept not parcels delivered to parcel shops or pickup points.
We therefore recommend that returns are sent back to us with either Postnord or GLS.
We also recommend that the package is sent as a package with tracking, as this is your assurance that it will arrive and be delivered to us correctly.

Exchanging to another product?
If you want to exchange for another product, please note the item you want to exchange for in addition to the order number and your contact details (the item number can be found on an item by unfolding the "Specifications" field).
If there's a difference in your favor, we'll credit it back to your payment card.
If the product to be exchanged is more expensive than the product being exchanged, we will send you a payment link that you can simply click on and pay the difference.
You can also transfer the difference via Mobilepay to the number: 81730 (Proshave.dk) and in the text field write the order number in question.
Do you want a refund?
If you want a refund, we will refund the amount to the payment card used.
