Take a closer look at your hand soap
Hand soap is often the biggest problem with dry hands. Many hand soaps are based on sodium laureth sulfate, which can dry out some people's hands. Try a hand soap based on some milder forms of sulfate.

Avoid hand sanitizer and detergents
Good hand hygiene is important, but frequent hand washing with soap and water is hard on the skin. If you have a job where you often have your hands in water, we recommend that you always carry a rich hand cream with you. Only use a hand sanitizer when necessary as it dries your hands out severely.

Use a grease cream
