Pomp & Co. was originally developed by Sammy Donelly, one of Dublin's best barbers, who was not satisfied with the quality of hair products on the market.

After a long process of ensuring the right composition and scent, the products were finally launched in 1947. He created the scent formula for the pomades by mixing his personal favorite colognes - and it's still this terrific, masculine scent that is used in the Pomp & Co. range.

The products have been refined in more recent times by Sammy's grandsons, James and Sam, who are 3rd generation Dublin barbers. With hard work, they have finished what Sammy started and today they carry on the family history and heritage. Passion is still what drives the business and Pomp & Co. still manages to retain much of the character and spirit of when it all began.

The result is hair products that not only keep your hair looking great in all weathers, but also smell and feel great. Since 1947, more products have been added, of course, and the range consists of hair styling products, beard products, shaving products and products for the body and face. Hair pomade, hair cream, beard balm, body wash, face wash, shaving cream, aftershave balm and much more of really good quality.
