The High Proof Razor Company was started by David Ellig and Andy Auble who both live in Montana, USA.David was tired of low quality razors that left him with ingrown hairs and skin irritation, so he decided to make his own razor. The result was the High Proof; a lightweight and super sleek scraper made from extremely high quality aluminum. What makes the High Proof scraper unique is that it has a flexible head, uses a single half-blade (or a DE blade broken in half) and the blade is easily attached by simply lifting the magnetic top plate. It's also a magnet that provides the resistance of the flex head - so there are no mechanical parts to break or otherwise require maintenance.Proshave is the official Scandinavian distributor of the High Proof Razor.
